Mustn't be that good considering he was a failure in the halves.
They say fullback needs to pass nowdays..question marks over Val there, but not Ponga.
Only have had to watch him play to see he has the best pass in the game.

If KP can improve in the other areas, we can start talking about him being best in the game..no rush-we didn’t expect others his age, who are now the best, didn’t ask of them to be the best at the start of career.

Apparently the yellow shirt means 'outstanding training'.

So far in the training photos we have seen these players wearing the yellow shirt:
Michael Bell, Shane Wright, Reece Robson, Jordan McLean, Kyle Feldt, Valentine Holmes, Scott Drinkwater

Interesting. There was an article or interview late last year (couldn't find it quickly) that mentioned that the blue shirt is for something similar - maybe blue is for off-field performance in the weights room?

I'm in the first-class carriage. Been hoping he'd either shed some weight to play on an edge or bulk up to play in the middle - rather than Greeny's decision for him to bulk up and play on an edge (derp). Make or break for Coen this season, hopefully make.

I’ve backed Hess the whole way..but if our coaches haven’t worked with him on his horrible technique in D-he’s no good for the team....nothing seen previously indicates he will improve..hopefully he does.

Interestingly enough, Drinky is less than 12 months older than KP.

I don't find that interesting at all-knew DrinkW was young.

Hmm wonder if he can beat Clifford to the halves spot..Coach Green has seemed hard on or seems to not like Jake, but maybe that also means CG rates him.
DrinkW will bring something fresh to the halves, for the opposition, if he plays halves, at least.

KP is made to seem younger than he is because he is still controlled by his dad as if he's 12 years old

Perhaps they can rename the gym to ‘the house’ so they can all aim to train ‘the house’ down in honour of Webby?

TLDR:
* Battling with Clifford to partner Morgo in the halves
* Suggested trials will decide who gets the spot in the team
* Sees himself as a ballplayer who has learned to run
* Wants to free morgo up to run more
* Very confident in himself, but didn't seem overly cocky

Note:
29 days until the Nines
37 days until the Broncos trial (Cairns)
44 days until the Storm trial (Melbourne)
57 days until ROUND 1
