The boys toughest challenge of the season so far. Cronulla are the best team in the comp this year and it's not even close. Already wrapped up the minor premiership (ahead of 2nd by 9 points) and have the best attack and defence in the league (scoring an average of 40 points a game). They're on a comp record 14 game winning streak, breaking our 2015 side's record of 13. The streak could've almost been 17 games as they had a draw in Round 7, they haven't actually lost a game since Round 4.

That being said, I still think we can get the win. After Cronulla, we're probably in the best form of any side atm. Definitely a bad game to lose Ponga for but he deserves the NRL call up after possibly his best NYC game of the season last weekend. When we played the Sharks in Round 11, we ended up losing 40-24, but we lead 14-0 early and 24-16 in the second half. We lost Jake Clifford in the first half and then Corey Horsburgh too later on. Nathan Traill who hasn't played since Round 19 replaces Kalyn and Emry Pere returns after being out injured since Round 17. Good to see Hiale Roycroft back in the squad as well, he got injured in the U20 Origin and hasnt played since.

Well, this Sharks side is quite good. They lead 20-0 after about 30 minutes.

FT: Sharks get the win 36-12.

Tough night by the looks of it but this Cronulla side is something else. 18 games unbeaten and don't look like losing anytime soon. Probably the best NYC team of all time.
