Flick over to channel 7 on Sunday...my friend who I used to train with, Jarrod Bannister, is through to the finals round of the mens javellin.
He threw 79.79 metres today on a wet track to qualify for the final round.
He's the current Australian record holder and qualified the highest to get into the Olympic games with a throw of 89.02 metres.
He's a serious contender for a medal. 7.10pm on Sunday night.
