Allright fellas,hows tricks down there in Oz trust you had a great Xmas.
We had Tim Sheens on the local radio night b4 the game and he pointed out the advantage the SL clubs they had on their Aussie counterparts i.e. 5 weeks ahead in pre season training and 1 week away from the start of the SL season,the time spent travelling and preparation time.Tigers touched down in the U.K. on Monday prior the game,jet lag and the sudden change in climate(its been bloody cold)odds stacked against the Tigers.
Iff we're to take this competition seriously then lets have a level playing field a 2 legged final spread over the season,there's only been 2 descent finals last years LEEDS/dogs and Broncos/Wigan in the 90's.Half time the game was over the Tigers were knackerd thats no sporting contest.
And finally i'd just like to thank the Tigers for spoiling my night,went down to the local ARLFC to watch the game with the father in law who's a Bulls fan despite them beating the COWBOYS in the final i was supporting them(hate bulls with a passion)and they let me down.
SL season starts next week LEEDS RHINOS vs Huddersfield,Townsville's finest Scott Donald making his debut in front of the South Stand.
