Penrith must be getting really desperate ...

I think he played in either 02 or 03 for us.

He was with us in 2002 and 2003. Was one of our best in 2002 but carried an injury all 2003 and failed to make the grade.

In 2002 he won the Fans Choice Prop and Forward of the year beating Jaimon Lowe, Jamie McDonald and John Buttigieg for prop of the year and Peter Jones, Glenn Morrison and Paul Dezolt for forward of the year.

He was pretty much squeezed out in 03 and 04 with the additions of Ra, Troncy and Sarge.

Here's a picture of a young me and him after his first game for the Cowboys to jog your memory. http://www.geocities.com/nqcowboysfan/me_and_thommo.jpg

He goes flat out and always has a go, tackling wasn't his strength though however was a great talker and a great exponent of the charge down!

Yeah, cannot doubt his effort, though ability is not up with the elite, he does have some skills and I was surprised Souths punted him in 04, I recall quite a few good games from him, an old fashioned no nonsense hard workin forward.
